La Sezione A.R.I di ALBA (CN) “Ugo Preti” ( IQ1DX ) istituisce il diploma denominato per l’anno 2009 “79° Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba” nell’ambito dell’omonima manifestazione della Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba.

Partecipazione: E’ aperta a tutti i radioamatori italiani e stranieri.

Periodo: Dalle ore 00:00 UTC del 01 ottobre 2009 alle ore 24:00 del 31 ottobre 2009

Bande: 10/15/20/30/40/80 metri, nei seguenti modi “raccomandati dalla IARU” : SSB, CW, PSK, RTTY.

Punteggio: Le stazioni della Sezione ARI di ALBA faranno chiamata in SSB e modi digitali “CQ 79° Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba”, passando il rapporto RS o RST ed il punteggio.

-         Durante il periodo del diploma sarà operante anche una stazione JOLLY e la stazione della Sezione ARI di ALBA “ IQ1DX “.

Le stazioni collegate passeranno i seguenti punteggi:

-         2 punti: le stazioni della Sez. A.R.I. ALBA

-         3 punti: la stazione IQ1DX

-         5 punti: la stazione JOLLY

Ogni stazione potrà esser collegata lo stesso giorno non più di una volta per banda o sulla stessa banda, ma in diverso modo di trasmissione ed in entrambi i casi con un intervallo di tempo non inferiore a 20 minuti.

Regolamento - “ 79° Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba ”

Richiesta Diploma: Per poter richiedere il diploma, sarà necessario aver raggiunto almeno il seguente punteggio:

-         20 punti per gli O.M. italiani

-         10 punti per gli O.M. europei e extraeuropei

-         10 punti per la categoria degli S.W.L.

Le richieste dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre il 30 novembre 2009, allegando l'estratto LOG completo cartaceo oppure elettronico come file excel, una QSL personale, l'indirizzo e-mail (se disponibile) e la quota di 10,00 Euro (oppure 14,00 Dollari USA).

E' possibile effettuare anche il versamento su POSTEPAY 4023 6005 5476 8491 intestata a ROBERTO PORRO “AWARD MANAGER” ed allegare quindi copia dell'avvenuto versamento alla richiesta del diploma.

The A.R.I. Club of ALBA (CN) "Ugo Preti (IQ1DX) establishing the award for the year 2009 “79th International Exhibition of the White Truffle of Alba” in the event after the International Exhibition of White Truffle d 'Alba.

Attendance: E 'open to all Italian and foreign radio amateurs.

Period: From 00:00 hours UTC of 01 October 2009 at 24:00, 31 October 2009

Bands: 10/15/20/30/40/80 meters, in the following ways "recommended by the IARU": SSB, CW, PSK, RTTY.

Score: Stations of the Section of ARI ALBA will call on SSB and digital modes "CQ 79th Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d'Alba", passing the RS or RST report and score.

During the period of the diploma will operate a railway station and the station  JOLLY Section of ARI ALBA "IQ1DX".

The stations affiliated with the following scores:
- 2 points: the stations of Sec. A.R.I. ALBA
- 3 points: the station IQ1DX
- 5 points: the station JOLLY
 
Each station will be connected on the same day not more than once per band or on the same band, but in different modes of transmission and in both cases with an interval of not less than 20 minutes.

Regulation - "79th International Exhibition of the White Truffle of Alba"

Request Award: In order to apply for the diploma, you must have reached at least the following points:  

- 20 points for O.M. Italian
- 10 points for O.M. European and non
- 10 points for the category of S.W.L.

Requests must be received no later than November 30 2009, enclosing extract LOG full paper or electronic files as excel, a QSL personal email address (if available) and the share of Euro 10.00 (or 14.00 U.S. dollars).
